Fifteen George’s Quay

Future of the workplace

Fifteen George’s Quay is an innovative redevelopment of a prime city centre office into a contemporary and sustainable building fit for the future of the workplace.

IPUT will retain the existing structure but increase the size of the building by around 50%. This will transform Fifteen George’s Quay into a 70,300 sq ft seven-storey office building with two additional floors and new landscaped roof terraces offering panoramic views over the River Liffey. This also includes a new façade, an expansive reception overlooking the 18th century Custom House and a 2,000 sq ft ground floor café.

Global professional services firm Aon Ireland has already agreed to lease 32,000 sq ft of the building, which will be complete in 2024.

The re-development of Fifteen George’s Quay has commenced and will be completed during Q2 2024.
