Our principal objective is to drive long term shareholder returns by investing in prime properties in Dublin which have core income or value-added potential. We have paid over €870 million in dividends over the past decade and now distribute in excess of €100 million a year to shareholders.

By certifying our buildings against industry leading environmental efficiency, digital connectivity and sustainability benchmarks, we set the standard in Irish real estate. Our ‘IPUT Building’ brand, where we own and manage our assets, marks us out as the real estate provider of choice and attracts high-quality occupiers to our portfolio.
In the past five years, we have added almost €1 billion to our portfolio value and will reach €3 billion on completion of our current 800,000 sq ft development pipeline. This includes Wilton Park, our landmark 600,000 sq ft office development, which has been fully let to US tech firm LinkedIn.
