- Beauchamps LLP increases its office space to 27,000 sq ft on a new 10-year lease
- Letting follows on from IPUT’s significant investment programme at Two Riverside, including exclusive occupier amenities and enhanced sustainability credentials
IPUT Real Estate (‘IPUT’), Dublin’s leading property investment company, is pleased to announce it has agreed a long-term lease to accommodate the expansion of top ten Irish law firm Beauchamps LLP at Two Riverside on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay. Beauchamps LLP has committed to 27,000 sq ft on a new 10-year lease, extending their current lease, which was due to expire in 2030, to May 2036. Beauchamps LLP will now occupy the entirety of the ground, first, and second floors of Two Riverside.
Investment at Two Riverside
Consistent with IPUT’s approach of improving occupier experience across its portfolio of workplaces, Two Riverside has recently undergone a significant investment programme. Upgraded amenities include a redesigned reception area, Technogym-equipped fitness suite, a newly landscaped garden, and end-of-trip amenities. The building is also now fully electrified and is powered by 100% renewable energy. Following the upgrade works, Two Riverside has achieved LEED Operations and Maintenance Gold certification, underscoring IPUT’s commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable workplaces. Other occupiers include Harvey AI and Interpath.
Building on its strong performance in 2025, IPUT has secured approximately 100,000 sq ft of lettings and lease renewals in 2026 underscoring the continued strong occupier demand for its premium, amenitised office workplaces.
