IPUT Real Estate (‘IPUT’), has let 44,000 sq. ft. at No. 3 Dublin Landings to Microsoft on a 10-year lease.

IPUT acquired the 119,000 sq. ft. prime office building, with vacant possession in January 2020. The acquisition is in line with IPUT’s portfolio strategy to own and manage the highest quality office assets in Dublin that enhance the occupier experience and deliver long-term value for shareholders.

Niall Gaffney, CE, IPUT Real Estate, said:

Our commitment is to place responsible investment and the occupier experience at the centre of our asset management strategy. We acquired No. 3 Dublin Landings having identified it as a prime office building and an asset which would be attractive to global occupiers in the current property cycle.

Despite the challenges of recent months, this letting is indicative of the resilience of the office market and affirms Dublin’s position as a global digital hub.
