A landmark office building completed in 2018 and pre‑let to AIB, located in the heart of Dublin’s commercial and government hub.

This prominent building located on the corner of Molesworth Street and South Frederick Street in the heart of Dublin’s CBD was designed to reflect its prestigious environment and the rich heritage of the surrounding area. The building comprises of 116,250 sq ft of modern office space set over seven floors with generous roof terraces and private gardens.

Renowned Dublin architects Henry J. Lyons has combined contemporary design with superior craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail to produce a unique building finished to exceptionally high standards. The building has achieved a LEED Platinum rating.

The striking double-height entrance is framed in Portland stone and bronze detailing. The elevations are finished in a combination of handmade Coleford brick, Portland stone and full-height, floor-to-ceiling windows incorporating finely honed stone fins. During construction the property was pre-let to AIB plc on a long term lease.
