Carrickmines Park Phase 3
Phase 3, Carrickmines Park will be a mixed use scheme of over 1 million sq ft which will complement the current IPUT holdings at Phase 1 and Phase 2.
The proposed development for Phase 3 will add significant retail, food & beverage and leisure facilities to the existing retail park, as well as 233,000 sq ft of offices, approximately 550 new residential units and a new 4 acre urban park. The development extends to almost 1 million sq ft; 130,000 sq ft neighbourhood centre including retail, restaurants, cinema and medical centre along with 75,000 sq ft of retail warehousing, 36,000 sq ft of leisure space and a creche.
