IPUT bought Uniphar Distribution Centre in 2014 through a sale-and-leaseback with Uniphar occupying the property on a long-term lease.

The property is located just off the N7 at the Junction of Kingswood Road and Kingswood Drive within the technology section of Citywest Business Campus. The N7 intersects with the M50, the main orbital route in Dublin, which connects all major roadways north and south of the city and provides access to both Dublin International Airport and Dublin Port. The property, which was purpose built in 2009, is a world-class facility comprising state of the art pharmaceutical distribution facilities and offices extending to over 229,000 sq ft over its 11.7 acre sitre. The warehouse has an eaves height of 11.8 m, with loading via eight dock levellers and 16 roller shutters. There is an ability to extend the current facility with 3.3 acres of undeveloped land to the eastern boundary of the site.
