Building upgrade works at Two Riverside with a focus on enhancing the occupier experience.
In recent years, we completed a significant building upgrade that included the addition of end-of-trip amenities such as showers, a drying room, and secure basement-level bicycle parking and the replacement of gas boilers and chillers with heat pumps, fully decarbonising the building’s heating and cooling systems. We also installed PV solar panels to generate onsite energy and upgraded the Building Management System (BMS).
Following this significant upgrade, we achieved LEED Operations and Maintenance Gold certification. We have now started work on upgrading the reception area, which includes three new lifts, and the rear garden.
