Mrs. Kroeger is the Chief Executive Officer Europe of PIMCO Prime Real Estate. She is a Member of the PIMCO Prime Real Estate Executive Committee and a voting Member on the Equity Investment Committee. Prior to this, Mrs. Kroeger was the CEO of North & Central Europe having joined the company in 2009, then named Allianz Real Estate, as a member of the investment team and subsequently Head of Acquisitions & International Asset Management for Germany. Before joining the company Mrs. Kroeger worked for Goldman Sachs Group in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area. Mrs. Kroeger holds a number of board roles within key industry associations. She is a board member of ZIA and Quo Vadis, and a member of ULI’s Global Governing Trustees. Mrs. Kroeger graduated from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel (Dipl.-Kauffrau) and holds an MBA from the Georgia State University, Atlanta.
