IPUT launches Quantum Logistics Park

  • Quantum Logistics Park will offer 550,000 sq. ft. of sustainable, logistics facilities with ancillary offices in four separate units.
  • Agreement with leading international retailer, Harvey Norman, to pre-let Unit 2 on a 20-year lease term.

IPUT Real Estate, Ireland’s leading commercial property investment company and the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin, announces the launch of Quantum Logistics Park at Kilshane Cross, Co. Dublin. This is an opportunity for IPUT to bring its design credentials to bear on the logistics market.  Quantum will incorporate over 550,000 sq. ft. of sustainable, logistics facilities with ancillary offices facilities in four separate units. The development will be landscaped to premium standards, incorporating the natural amenities, employee health and wellbeing areas, art installations and a central plaza for outdoor collaboration.

A short distance from Dublin city centre and close to Dublin Airport and major axis routes, the M50, N2 and Port Tunnel, Unit 2 Quantum Logistics Park is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in November 2022.

IPUT has secured agreement with leading international retailer, Harvey Norman, to pre-let Unit 2, 91,524 sq. ft., on a 20-year lease term. On completion, Unit 2 will be delivered to the highest sustainability standards in the market with LEED Gold, BREEAM Excellent and BER A3 ratings. With increasing occupier demand for high quality logistics facilities in Dublin, IPUT has also commenced the development of Unit 3 Quantum Logistics Park. On completion in [September 2022], Unit 3, comprising 178,000 sq. ft., will also be delivered to highest design and sustainability standards, further complementing IPUT’s existing logistics portfolio.

Construction of Unit 1 (206,000 sq. ft.) and Unit 4 (73,000 sq. ft.) is expected to commence next year. Philip Harvey of Harvey and Garrett McClean of CBRE are appointed as joint leasing agents on the scheme.
