No.3 Dublin Landings

  • 47,000 sq ft leased to Mediolanum, a long-term IPUT occupier, doubling their existing floor space currently leased from IPUT at another location
  • Additional c. 30,000 sq ft of space under offer and expected to be leased by end of Q3
  • IPUT investing in 10,000 sq ft of flexible workspace under its Studio brand at No.3 Dublin Landings and launching its second dedicated multi-purpose Studio amenity facility – with the ambition to double the Studio flexible offering to over 100,000 sq ft by year end

IPUT Real Estate (‘IPUT’), Dublin’s leading property investment company, announces that it will lease c. 80,000 sq ft at No.3 Dublin Landings in Dublin’s North Docklands including 47,000 sq ft on the second, third and fourth floors to Mediolanum International Funds (“Mediolanum”), the European Asset Management platform of Banca Mediolanum, a leading international financial services conglomerate. Mediolanum will move its Irish headquarters to the new location in January 2026.

Mediolanum’s expansion to 47,000 sq ft at No.3 Dublin Landings is an example of IPUT supporting an occupier’s growth within its portfolio driven by the quality of its asset and investment in tenant amenities. Mediolanum originally took 8,000 sq ft in IPUT’s Shelbourne Buildings in 2014, before moving to The Exchange in 2019 where they occupied 20,000 sq ft Mediolanum is now again more than doubling its leased space at No.3 Dublin Landings reflecting the attractiveness of Ireland as an investment destination and testament to the work of IDA Ireland.

An additional 30,000 sq ft of available workspace has been reserved at No.3 Dublin Landings, with details of lease agreements to be announced shortly.
