Mark Moriarty Studio will be a dedicated food and events space comprising a chef’s table, a test kitchen, and a high-end production facility for television and podcast recording.

IPUT Real Estate, Ireland’s leading commercial property company, is delighted to announce that renowned Irish chef, Mark Moriarty, will establish his first dedicated culinary studio at Wilton Park in Dublin city. Mark Moriarty Studio will serve as a creative hub and headquarters for Mark’s growing business and is set to launch later this year.

Best known for his innovative approach to food and broadcasting, Mark will use the custom-designed studio and test kitchen for recipe development, television and podcast production, photography shoots as well as exclusive events and dining experiences.

Entering from the corner of Lad Lane and Cumberland Road at Wilton Park, here Mark will host both private and ticketed dining events. Guest chefs will be welcomed to collaborate with Mark and to join in an ongoing engagement around food, creativity, and experimentation. The Studio will be a flexible space that can be adapted to showcase food in many ways.

Wilton Park was developed and is managed by IPUT Real Estate. It is a dynamic new urban quarter designed to foster creativity, innovation, and community. The addition of Mark’s studio reinforces Wilton Park’s vision as a cultural and culinary destination in the heart of the city.

According to Niall Gaffney, CEO of IPUT Real Estate:

We are delighted to welcome Mark Moriarty to Wilton Park. He has a stellar reputation at home and overseas for excellence and creativity that perfectly matches our blueprint for Wilton Park. When fully occupied, Wilton Park will welcome up to 5,000 people working with EY, Stripe and LinkedIn; Mark’s presence will add an extra dimension to what Wilton Park can offer. Over the coming 18 months, we will be introducing a number of other exciting food and beverage offerings at Wilton Park.

Mark Moriarty added:

I’ve been lucky to work in some of the world’s best restaurants over the past 15 years. At the same time, I’ve really loved producing award-winning TV series, documentaries, cookbooks and columns, hosting events all over the world, and working with some of the biggest global brands. But I’ve never had one place for all my work to truly call home, until now.

Mark Moriarty Studio will be a dedicated food and events space unlike any other in Ireland. I’m delighted to partner with IPUT Real Estate to bring this to life at their stunning Wilton Park development. I couldn’t think of a better location for a forward-thinking food space in the heart of Dublin and I’m very excited to open the doors later this year.
