5 & 6 Earlsfort Terrace underwent a major refurbishment in 2018, increasing the total office space to 100,500 sq ft.
6 Earlsfort Terrace is a six-storey building over a basement, comprising 36,000 sq ft. The refurbishment focused on upgrading the amenity areas, including the installation of bicycle parking spaces, along with showers and changing facilities. Another standout feature is the urban park situated at the entrance of the two buildings. Designed by award-winning landscape architect Robert Townshend, the project exemplifies IPUT’s commitment to enhancing the public realm.
