We are pleased to publish our 2019 Annual Report, marking another year of progress for IPUT.

We continued to invest in prime properties in Dublin that enhance the occupier experience and contribute positively to the future shape of our city.

Highlights of the year include the pre-let of the entire office development at Wilton Park to Linkedin and further progress on our sustainability journey including a range of new environmental targets and becoming the first Irish property company to sign the Principles for Responsible Investment.

Niall Gaffney, Chief Executive of IPUT said;

In 2019, we adopted a wider focus on greening our buildings and developing public spaces which contribute to the future shape of our city. We make these investments because they have a positive impact on our occupiers and the wider community, which, in turn, strengthens our position and ultimately supports the value of our assets.

Despite the current uncertain market conditions due to Covid-19, we remain confident in the long term outlook for the Irish real estate market. We strongly believe that our commitments to sustainability and responsible investment are even more important now than ever before. We will maintain that focus in the current year and continue to enhance our position as a leader in Irish real estate.
