IPUT Real Estate (‘IPUT’), Ireland’s leading property company and the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin, announces it has let the sixth floor at No. 3 Dublin Landings to leading global reinsurance company, Hannover Re, on a 20-year lease. Totalling 11,314 sq. ft., the penthouse floor of the building features a four-metre ceiling height and has landscaped external terraces, enhanced by IPUT in 2021.

No. 3 Dublin Landings is a 119,000 sq. ft. prime office building in Dublin’s Docklands in which Microsoft is the anchor tenant, occupying 44,000 sq. ft. over three floors. No. 3 Dublin Landings was acquired by IPUT in 2020 and was designed with an emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency – holding a LEED Platinum accreditation and a BER A3 energy rating.

Michael Clarke, Head of Investment, IPUT Real Estate, commented:

Hannover Re’s decision to choose No. 3 Dublin Landings is further validation of our commitment to place responsible investment and the occupier experience at the centre of our strategy. We continue to see strong demand for prime offices which support occupiers’ ambition to reduce their carbon footprint and provide an attractive, healthy working environment for employees.
