Building upgrade works commenced in 2021 focusing on enhancing the tenant experience at Riverside Two, works involved upgrading end-of-trip amenities to include provision of showers, drying room and secure bicycle parking at basement level. In 2022 we completed a substantial building upgrade which included replacing gas boilers and chillers with heat pumps to degasify the entire building’s heating and cooling systems, installing PV solar panels to help generate onsite energy and upgrading the BMS.

Following this significant upgrade, we are targeting LEED Operations and Maintenance Gold certification.
